Off the kitchen there is a large pantry which has a stone paved floor and partially tiled walls. The kitchen can be accessed either from the living room or via the hallway.
There are four bedrooms on this floor. All of the bedrooms have aluminium windows. There is also a partially tiled toilet to this floor.
First Floor: The staircase from the ground floor leads into a hallway, which runs the depth of the building. This hallway has a large built in cupboard. There is a spacious communal bathroom to the first floor. This bathroom has three separate shower cubicles, wash basin and toilet and is fully tiled. There is a family bathroom, which is fully tiled, with a bath, toilet, vanity basin and bidet. There are four more bedrooms to this floor, all of which have tiled floors. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and double vanity unit. There is an exterior access door off the hallway, which leads out to a covered veranda which has good views to Castelo do Bode lake.
Off this veranda there is an external staircase which leads to a spacious attic. This attic has a wooden beamed roof and a concrete floor and could be converted into more living accommodation if required.
The house is set on a plot measuring 3,500 square metres and has good views over the countryside. There is a gravel drive to the house (approximately 300 metres) and there are some mature fruit trees. The property also has a large store room (40 square metres) which has been used as a garage.
